Vehicle Wrap vs Vinyl Graphics — Which Is Right for You?

Full Wraps

A full vehicle wrap covers the entire painted surface of the vehicle. It provides maximum visual impact and also protects the original paintwork from minor scratches and UV fading. Full wraps are the best choice when the vehicle's existing colour is not compatible with the desired design, or when you want a seamless, total transformation.

Full wraps typically cost $600–$2,500 depending on vehicle size and design complexity.

Partial Wraps

A partial wrap covers specific panels — doors, bonnet, rear — leaving the rest of the vehicle in its original colour. This is a cost-effective option when the vehicle colour works with the design.

Cut Vinyl Graphics

Cut vinyl graphics are die-cut individual shapes applied to the vehicle. This is the most economical option and works well for simple logos, text, and contact information. Typically used by tradespeople and service vehicles.

Which Should You Choose?

  • Maximum impact, full brand transformation: Full wrap
  • Cost-effective brand presence: Partial wrap
  • Simple contact/logo display: Cut vinyl graphics
  • Vehicle protection: Full wrap (cast vinyl)
